shipping information
- we provide free delivery for all orders above £20.00 within the uk.
- for orders below this threshold, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
- all orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- estimated shipping times commence from the date of dispatch and are approximate, not guaranteed.
- once an order has been placed, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to countries outside of the united kingdom due to logistical constraints and regulatory restrictions, however we’re actively working behind the scenes to expand our shipping options and make swypes available worldwide soon.
returns information.
in the unlikely case that you wish to return your swypes product(s), you have 14 days (after the day you (or someone you nominate) receive them) to arrange a return.
you must meet all the following conditions to request a return for change of mind:
- you request a refund for change of mind within 14 days from the day after the products are delivered to you, by following the steps set out below at ‘how to return to us’.
- the products are in their original condition and have not been used, unsealed, or damaged by you.
- the products are in their original undamaged packaging with all product tags/seals still intact.
- none of the exceptions below apply.
exceptions
we are unable to accept returns for change of mind for goods sealed for hygienic purposes, if they have been unsealed.how to return to us
- contact our team at hello@swypes.com to initiate a return. you should include details of your order confirmation and the items you are wishing to return in your email.
- place your return in a single parcel. you can use any packaging you like, as long as it is secure. please insert a copy of your order confirmation within the parcel.
- send the return back to us within 14 days of initiating your return to the address set out below. we recommend using a reliable, tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible to you for any loss or damage caused by your chosen delivery provider.

your return will be processed, and you will receive the return amount to the same payment method used when placing your order, within 14 days of us receiving the items back.
cost of delivery for returns
we will not cover the costs of delivery or re-delivery for a change of mind return. you must cover these yourself.
we will pay the costs of return if:
- the products are faulty or misdescribed.
- there is an error in pricing or description.
- your legal right to do so because we have done something wrong.
if your return is accepted, we will send you an unpaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.
refunds
- we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your mishandling. of we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
- we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. if approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. if more than 14 days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
