How to Claim

Scan the QR code on a promotional card obtained from an authorised partner location. Add the 6-pack to your cart on our website. The discount will be applied automatically at checkout. Complete your order by providing a valid UK delivery address and email address.

You must have obtained the QR code from a physical promotional card placed at an authorised partner location (such as a gym, fitness studio, or retail stockist). Claims made via QR codes shared online, on social media, or through any unauthorised channel may be refused at our discretion.

Who can apply

In order to qualify for the Offer: 

  • one offer per person and email address;

  • new customers only;

  • UK residents aged 18+;

  • you can't use this offer with any other offers or discounts;

  • you must not be an employee, agent or contractor of Swypes Ltd or any of our partner locations. 

  • this offer cannot be combined with other promotions; and

Delivery

  • If a delivery fails due to an error in the address you provided, or because you failed to collect or accept the delivery, we are not obliged to reship the product. We may, at our discretion, offer one redelivery attempt.

  • If a delivery fails due to circumstances within our control or our courier's control, we will arrange redelivery or, where that is not possible, notify you accordingly.

If we are unable to fulfil your order due to stock unavailability and no suitable substitute is available, we will notify you and cancel your order. 

What we cannot control: We will not be responsible for delays or problems caused by things beyond our control, such as:

  • Pandemics or health emergencies

  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest

  • Technical failures by third parties

  • Multiple claims from the same person, household, or email address;

  • Use of QR codes obtained through unauthorised channels; or

  • Any other conduct intended to abuse or circumvent these terms.

Your consumer rights: Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer law. If you are a consumer, you have certain rights that we cannot take away.

Our liability limits: Except where prohibited by law, we are not liable for:

  • Lost profits or business opportunities

  • Damage to your reputation

  • Loss of data

  • Any indirect or consequential losses

What we are always liable for: We remain fully liable for:

  • Death or personal injury caused by our negligence

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Anything else we cannot legally exclude
